Every piece at Chiaroscuro is sourced second-hand and carefully reviewed before it is listed. We inspect brand-specific details including labels, logos, stamps, serial codes where present, stitching, hardware, materials, construction, soles, packaging and overall finish.

We only list pieces we believe to be authentic. If an item raises concern at any stage, we do not sell it.

Because these are pre-loved and vintage pieces, some items may not include their original box, dust bag, receipt or authentication card. Where original packaging or paperwork is included, this will be clearly shown in the product description.

If you ever have a concern about authenticity after receiving your order, contact us straight away. We will review the item with you and, where appropriate, support further authentication. If an item were ever proven not to be authentic, you would receive a full refund.
